Facepunch Business Analysis
I completed a full business analysis of the indie gaming company Facepunch Studios. Facepunch is very well known for releasing Gary's Mods and Rust. If you'd like to view the entire business analysis, you can download it below. You can also reach out if you'd like to see the proposal and suggestion I came across during my research.

Gliding Between Education & Boss Strategies - GBEBS Event
The Gliding Between Education & Boss Strategies (GBEBS) event was created by students, for students in the Game Business and Esports degree program, featuring four panels with special guests. Our goal was to foster a supportive, engaging space where peers could learn from industry professionals, connect with one another, and leave feeling more confident about their paths in the GBEBS program and beyond. The event offered insights into the degree, networking tips, and insights into the gaming and esports industries from employment types to industry news, all with tips on how and encouraging students to create their own opportunities for future success.
The event was my final December online group capstone project before graduating. As an online class of 10 students, we collaborated remotely across different time zones to plan and execute the event within a tight holiday-season timeframe. I was honored to be voted as the event lead and took on the responsibility of keeping the team organized, on schedule, and aligned with our goals while making sure assignments were done and turned in on time. Throughout the process, I contributed to various aspects of the event’s development, including finalizing key documents like the run-of-show, budget, and call sheet.

Additionally, the flyer and logo I created, along with the branding guidelines I developed, were voted on and chosen for the event. I ensured we followed copyright compliance, assisted the panel teams with crafting audience and special guest-relevant questions, and helped coach the hosts to maintain an engaging and approachable tone throughout the event. From initial concept to final execution—including recording, editing, and organizing assets—we accomplished everything within just two weeks.
As a fun addition, I surprised the team with a "Funny Moments/Bloopers" reel at the end of the event, adding a lighthearted and memorable touch for our audience. The event was hosted in our degree Discord and was a success, with an active and engaged chat throughout the panels, demonstrating the impact of the insights and advice shared. You can watch the video below to see what we accomplished together and how we worked to support and inspire our peers in the Game Business and Esports degree program.

Solardial Promotional Mock-Up
I was asked to make a piece of promotional material for a theoretical prototype that a small group and I were working on. It needed to be able to be used across multiple platforms and devices. While most students created standard image social media pieces, I created a video that could be shared on social media, used across OTT/CTV services, and more because I felt the watch we were creating, Solardial by Techoware, would appeal to a broader target audience. You can watch the video below. I also added the logo I created for the product.

Nyctophobia:
Fear the Dark Promotional Campaign
"Nyctophobia: Fear the Dark" is a first-person horror survival game based on the SCP and Foundation lore. I was asked to create multiple social media pieces that could be utilized across platforms and services. I wanted to make sure they were entertaining, informational, and engaging for the community.

Gameplan Convention and Esports Awarness Event
The Gameplan Convention was an exercise in event creation and asset building. I created this event to advocate for the integration of esports programs within school sports departments and to show the benefits of esports. Also to emphasize gaming as a legitimate career pursuit for students to think about for their future and to help parents learn and understand with them. Additionally, equipping educators with tools to harness the transformative power of gamification in learning, fostering engagement, creativity, and critical thinking among students. The promo below was made to target parents of middle through early college students in the Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan area, also known as Michiana. Also, sponsors are placeholders for what could be, however, if you are interested in seeing the sponsorship packet, marketing plan, detailed target audience, and budgeting, please let me know!
